森の中で映画を観るシネマをつくること。それは、私たちがYamanaka Terraceを立ち上げた頃から抱いていた夢のひとつでした。

キャンププランの注意事項

1.ご利用対象者
Yamanaka Cinemaの映画をご鑑賞いただくお客様のみにご利用いただけます。キャンププランをご予約いただく際に、映画鑑賞券も同時にご購入いただけます。

2.ご予約とキャンセルについて
・専用の予約ページからご予約ください。クレジットカードによるオンライン決済で事前にお支払いをお願いいたします。
・お客様都合によるキャンセル・払い戻し・日程変更はお受けできません。

3.利用区画・設備
・キャンプ区画は提携RVPark「Hygge Yamanakako」敷地内にございます。
　Hygge Yamanakako公式サイト：https://hyggeyamanakako.com/
・利用可能な区画は A 区画（土）です。1日6組限定となります。なお、電源はございません。
・各区画とも車を停めるスペースを除き、5m×8m（約40平米）の広さとなります。
・各区画には最大利用人数が設定されています。超える場合は別途1区画の追加予約が必要です。
・トイレ・シャワー・水場は、敷地内にある提携駐車場「Hygge Yamanakako」の設備をご利用ください。
・カフェ営業時間外は、Yamanaka Terraceの建物内設備は使用できません。

4.チェックイン・チェックアウト
チェックイン時間：14:00〜
チェックアウト時間：翌日 10:00 まで
※スッタフは無人です。チェックイン/アウトの際の受付は不要です。

5.レンタル・備品
当キャンプ場ではレンタル品の提供は行っておりません。必要な道具はすべてご持参ください。

6.ご利用上のマナーとルール
・火器の使用は所定エリアに限ります。直火は禁止です。
・敷地内での喫煙は不可となります。
・夜間の大声・音楽など、他のお客様への迷惑行為は禁止です。
・以下の物品は持ち込み禁止です：
　火薬等の危険物
　動物（補助犬を除く）
　悪臭を放つもの、大量の物品
　法令により所持が禁止されている武器類
・許可なく物販・展示等の営業行為を行うことはできません。
・外来者を無断で区画内に招くことはお控えください。
・ゴミは持ち帰るか、指定方法で処分をお願いいたします。
・落とし物・忘れ物について、保管は一定期間とし、処分することがあります。

7.責任と賠償
・当キャンプ場の敷地内における事故・けが・盗難・トラブル等について、一切の責任を負いかねます。お客様ご自身の責任において、安全管理および体調管理をお願いいたします。
・お客様の故意または過失により施設が損害を被った場合、修繕費用等を請求する場合があります。
・現金や貴重品の保管は自己責任でお願いします。施設ではお預かりできません。
・駐車場の利用に関して、車両の管理責任は利用者にあります（破損・盗難等について施設は責任を負いません）。

8.施設運営と休業
・天候、設備点検、災害等により、予告なく休業またはキャンセルとなる場合があります。
・利用契約成立後、施設の都合により提供が困難になった場合は、返金をもって対応させていただきます。違約金等は発生しません。

1. Eligibility
This offer is available only to customers watching a movie at Yamanaka Cinema. You can purchase movie tickets at the same time you book your camping plan.

2. Reservations and Cancellations
・Please make your reservation through the dedicated reservation page. Payment must be made in advance via online credit card payment.
・We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or date changes due to customer circumstances.

3. Campsites and Facilities
・The campsites are located within the grounds of our partner RVPark, “Hygge Yamanakako.”

・Two campsites are available: Site A (soil). Each site is limited to six groups per day. Please note that there are no power outlets.
・Each site measures 5m × 8m (approx. 40 square meters), excluding the space for parking a car.
・Each site has a maximum occupancy limit. If you exceed this limit, you must make a separate reservation for an additional site.
・Please use the restrooms, showers, and water stations at the affiliated parking lot “Hygge Yamanakako” located on the premises.
・Facilities inside the Yamanaka Terrace building are not available outside of the café’s operating hours.

4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: From 2:00 PM
Check-out time: By 10:00 AM the following day
*There is no staff on site. No check-in or check-out procedures are required.

5. Rentals and Equipment
This campground does not provide rental items. Please bring all necessary equipment with you.

6. Etiquette and Rules
・The use of open flames is restricted to designated areas. Open fires are prohibited.
・Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
・Behavior that disturbs other guests, such as loud voices or music at night, is prohibited.
・The following items are prohibited:
　Hazardous materials, such as explosives
　Animals (except service dogs)
　Items that emit foul odors or large quantities of goods
　Weapons prohibited by law
・Commercial activities, such as selling goods or holding exhibitions, are not permitted without authorization.
・Please refrain from inviting visitors into your campsite without permission.
・Please take your trash home or dispose of it according to the designated methods.
・Lost and found items will be held for a limited period and may be disposed of thereafter.

7. Liability and Compensation
・We assume no liability whatsoever for accidents, injuries, theft, or disputes occurring on the campground premises. Please take responsibility for your own safety and health.
・If the facility suffers damage due to your intentional act or negligence, we may charge you for repair costs and other expenses.
・Please keep cash and valuables at your own risk. The facility cannot hold them for you.
・Regarding the use of the parking lot, users are responsible for the management of their vehicles (the facility assumes no responsibility for damage, theft, etc.).

8. Facility Operations and Closures
・The facility may close or cancel reservations without prior notice due to weather, equipment inspections, natural disasters, or other circumstances.
・If, after the service agreement has been established, the facility is unable to provide the service due to circumstances on its part, we will issue a refund. No cancellation fees or other penalties will apply.

森の中で映画を観るシネマをつくること。

それは、私たちがYamanaka Terraceを立ち上げた頃から抱いていた夢のひとつでした。

スクリーンに映し出される物語に心を奪われながらも、耳には木々のざわめきや鳥や虫たちの声が届き、頬には夜風がそっと触れる。

自然の気配を感じながら映画を楽しむ体験は、映画館とはまた違う特別な時間になるはずです。作品だけでなく、その日の空気や風景まで思い出として残る、そんな場所を山中湖につくりたいと考えてきました。

このエリアには気軽に行ける映画館がほとんどありません。だからこそ、この場所で映画を観る豊かさを届けたいと準備を重ねてきました。

そしてもうひとつこだわったのが、上映に必要な電力をすべて再生可能エネルギーでまかなうこと。Yamanaka Terrace屋根の太陽光発電と再エネ電力を活用し、再エネ100％で運営します。

会場はYamanaka Terraceの屋外スペース。靴を脱いでくつろげるシートエリアもあり、寝転びながら鑑賞することもできます。お子さん連れや愛犬連れの方も、それぞれのスタイルで楽しめる空間です。

上映作品は、観終わった後も心に余韻を残し、誰かと感想を語り合いたくなったり、自分自身の中で静かに考えを巡らせたくなったりする作品を選びました。
夜の森に包まれながら過ごすひとときが、訪れた方の心に長く残る特別な体験となりますように。

It is one of the dreams we have had since we first started Yamanaka Terrace in 2024. While you are drawn into the story on the screen, you can also hear the trees rustling, birds and insects calling, and feel the cool night breeze on your skin.
Watching a movie surrounded by nature is something a little different from going to a regular theater. It is not only the movie itself that stays with you, but also the air, the scenery, and the feeling of that night. That is the kind of place we have always wanted to create here at Lake Yamanaka.
There are not many movie theaters nearby that people can easily visit. That is why we have been working to bring this special movie experience to this area.
One thing we really care about is using renewable energy for all the power needed for the screenings. With solar power from the Yamanaka Terrace roof and renewable electricity, the cinema runs on 100% renewable energy.
The venue is the outdoor space at Yamanaka Terrace. There is also a relaxed seating area where you can take off your shoes, stretch out, and even watch the movie lying down. Families with children and guests with dogs are welcome to enjoy the space in their own way.
We have chosen films that stay with you even after they end—stories that make you want to talk with someone about what you felt, or quietly think about them on your own.
We hope this time spent under the night sky, surrounded by the forest, becomes a special memory that stays with you.
